A native of Brooklyn, New York, Dr. Pierre’s serves as the senior case manager for Martindale Law. As a senior case manager, Dr. Pierre ensures that all cases receives the personal attention and care that each matter requires. While no two cases are alike, Dr. Pierre prides himself in ensuring that each case is resolved in a manner most favorable to our clients.
Prior to joining Martindale Law, Dr. Pierre was an Assistant Professor of Education at Kennesaw State University in Kennesaw, GA. Dr. Pierre has over 15 years of experience in the broad field of education, advocacy, and law. Give Dr. Pierre’s desire to assist parents and students with disabilities, in 2010, Dr. Pierre founded an advocacy firm dedicated to assisting disabled students and their families. Ensuring that the rights of students with disabilities are protected continues to be one of Dr. Pierre’s personal missions.
Dr. Pierre has an earned Bachelors of Arts in History from Florida International University, in Miami, Florida and a Master of Science in Special Education with a concentration in varying exceptionalities, and gifted education from St. Thomas University, Miami Gardens, Florida. Dr. Pierre has earned two distinct Master of Education, one in Educational Administration and the other in Adult Literacy, from Sam Houston State University, in Huntsville, TX. Dr. Pierre, has also earned a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in accounting and financial management, from Benedictine University, in Lisle, IL and a Doctor of Philosophy in Education with a concentration in Special Education, from Walden University in Minneapolis, MN. Dr. Pierre earned his Juris Doctor (JD) from the Birmingham School of Law, in Birmingham, Alabama, a Master of Law (LLM) from Thomas Jefferson School of Law, in San Diego, CA. with the distinction of magna cum laude, and a Doctor of Judicial Science (SJD) from Thomas Jefferson School of Law, San Diego, CA. Dr. Pierre has published in education and law journals and has lectured on legal matters concerning contract formation, special education law, and the rights of litigants in domestic relation matters. Dr. Pierre is a licensed educator in the State of Georgia, he is also licensed mediator for all civil and educational matters, licensed by the Georgia Supreme Court Office of Dispute Resolutions. Dr. Pierre is also a candidate for admission to the Alabama State Bar Association.
Dr. Pierre lives in Atlanta, GA., and is a father to six beautiful children. He notes his greatest accomplishment is being a great father to his children.
